Imagine the last time you were sad or frustrated. Now imagine the last time you were ecstatic or thrilled. Was there silence in the background? Or did you crave a soundtrack to your experience? Many times, the answer is yes. In this workshop we will pair meditation with Stefanie Monge with creating music to express our intentions in a mindful way.
No musical, songwriting, or meditation experience required! Feel free to bring an acoustic instrument you’d like to use to create, some simple instruments will be provided.
